Very precious! My son dared to do the same this past Saturday…my how a mother’s time flies.
I am so proud of her, and yet I can’t help missing the little snuggle wiggle-worm she used to be. If only you could go back and visit with their younger selves. However, I don’t regret spending more time with her than with a vacuum cleaner or a mop.
I agree! 🙂 I feel special that my son actually replies when I say I love him!
She looks remarkably young to be an adult – but times have changed!

Ah, so you can legally become and adult these days? Great.
In my day, we did it *illegally*.
I’m just relieved I managed to achieve my aim of having my children grow to become independent, kind-hearted adults. The fact that they are also good-looking was just an added bonus.
I heartily agree! Congrats, you’ve reached Penultimate Parent Level 9!
